Open the Developer Portal, create an application, and copy its bot token from the Bot page.
This lets your bot know when someone joins. Message Content Intent is not needed.
Allow View Channels, Send Messages and Embed Links. Manage Roles is only needed for automatic roles.
Choose your server, write your message, enable its welcome under Delivery & rules, then publish.
Your bot and settings belong to your Lab account. Other members of Dis-Lab cannot access them.
